Private label rights products sometimes get a bad rap, and quite rightly so, some of it is just poorly written, gramatically incorrect and well, sometimes just pure rubbish.
I was so pleased when I found Tony Shepherds Private PLR site.You get one full e-book per month, complete with all the source documents and a sales page. This PLR is so good, you won't have too much work to do to get it out to the market.
What can you do with PLR you can break it down into different sections and give bits away as a free report, or add parts of it as articles to your site or blog. You can sell it as is to others with Resale Rights or Master Resale rights.
You can edit it completely add to it, delete parts of it, make it different in any way you want.
